 + -1 moreTHEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PICK UP THE PHONE. IF THEY COULDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION, THEY FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD. THEY WORKED WELL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY.
