 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment and Jason from Neighborhood Geeks came to pick up my computer the next evening so he could take it back to their office. When he arrived, my fianc was trying to print an estimate for a landscape project he was working on. Because the virus had taken over the computer, it wouldn't print. Jason took about 15 minutes to fix the problem and printed the paperwork. When I received my bill, I was charged an additional $32.50 for this extra work, which seemed a little bit high. The off-site fee cost $165, which I didn't mind paying because I was just glad to have a working computer back. One nice thing was when Jason brought the computer back and was hooking it up, I was in the kitchen and a bunch of pans fell off the counter making a loud crashing noise. Jason yelled, "Are you alright?" I was fine but wished he had the power to click his fingers so the dishes would put themselves away.
Description of Work: A virus took over my Dell laptop, even though I had two different virus protection and spyware programs on it. Neighborhood Geeks got rid of the virus, reinstalled my programs, performed Window updates, installed an Internet security package and backed up data and created a restore disk.

 + -1 moreJASON, WAS THE OWNER WAS ON TIME, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
Description of Work: HE UPGRADED MY MS98 TO WINDOW XP ADD ANTI-VIRUS AND FIREWALL PROTECTION AND INSTALLED VARIOUS OTHER MICROSOFT APPLICATION.
