Very pleased. Tim's estimate was a little lower than others, and he responded first and quickly to my search for a contractor. The project was completed within a weeks time. Very professional looking. Quality materials and craftsmanship. Included a small Pergola area just outside the door covering part of the deck. Rails with square balusters around the perimeter are very attractive. Once finished the area was completely cleaned of all debris with nothing left but a beautiful new sun deck.
