Real Estate Service
Very unprofessional agent. Asked him to update listing once. Called him to find out why it hadn't been updated and he stated it was because the MLS system "took a day or so to update". It was a bold faced lie...he just didn't take the time to make the change. I know how long it takes to update listings on the MLS. In some miracle fashion, 10 minutes after I called him out on this, my phone rang and it was him telling me the listing had been update and to check it on the web...hmmm.... He did not understand the rules of real estate. I asked him about our house being in a "pending" state. He said that it wouldn't be available on the web or to show to other potential buyers during this pending period. Once again, he was wrong. The last straw was when he argued to the point of raising his voice with my wife on a phone conversation. Completely unprofessional.
