Long & Sons came out as a 2nd opinion to determine the cause of our AC unit failure after another company determined we needed extensive, costly repairs.  Mr. Long was upfront with us and determined that those repairs were unnecessary.  He performed the simple maintenance/repair that was necessary and our AC was back on and running in under an hour.

Very personable. Very clean. They're very timely. If they say they're going to be there at 10, they're here by 9. Whatever the time is, they're there by that time. If they run into unexpected delays, or they get stuck at a job scheduled ahead of you, they always call to let you know that there will be a delay and they let you know how much time they expect the delay to be. They provided outstanding service and responsiveness to us.

We were very pleased with John Long. We are satisfied with our HVAC system, and we are grateful that he care about pleasing his customers, and made himself available at anytime, as well as being courteous and professional. He went the extra mile in little things that weren't even his responsibility and did so very willingly. The price was comparable to other bids I've had looked at.

John and his crew were great working as subcontractors on our garage remodel project. They installed a heater in the garage. They understood that we wanted to try a ductless heating system in the area above the garage. They helped us research and order the system, and installed the system. Although this was the first time they had ever installed a system such as this, they were very good in working with the company to ensure it was done right. They were very impressed by this system and we told them they could use us as a recommendation for future customers. He was very responsive to our wishes. I highly recommend them for future work.

I am very pleased with the installation. John, Rusty, and Wayne were very courteous when installing the unit, and took care to keep my house as clean as possible when they were working. I felt they were very honest and did not try to sell me things that I did not need. I am very happy with the company and will hire them again in the future.
