Josh and Nick were both so kind and easy to work with. One thing that I greatly appreciated is that they took the time to explain everything step by step. Especially the part about how my insurance company was only wanting to pay for a couple shingles to be replaced- but the shingles had been discontinued. Therefore, no repair could be done because the supplies were no longer in production. I really feel like he was looking out for me and had my best interest in mind at all time. Plus- they both took the time to love on my yappy little dogs!
