Jenkins is an outstanding vehicle repair business.  The work is done right the first time and the prices are fair.  The communication to the customer is a model for other businesses to follow.  I only take my trucks to them because they exceed my expectations as a customer.

They were able to fit me in right away, had a better price than anyone else I had called and their price included a lifetime guarantee on parts and workmanship, were very upfront and clear about what my car needed, even sending me a video from under the car explaining the situation. They worked with me on a special situation, and even dropped my car off to me when it was done. Some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever worked with in Greenfield!

I really like them. They seem like good people and they do good work. They give you discounts but the last time I was not lucky enough. They pick my car up and bring it back or they will drop me home. If it will take a short time, I will stay. They check the whole car and their price is reasonable. They are cheap for their quality work.

He is very excellent. Because I am a regular customer, if I have a little problem and can't bring the car in, they will actually come here so I like that. One time they got hold of a bad battery from the manufacturer. They were able to jump me and they told me to bring it back in and I got a new battery so they go over and beyond. When I take the car in, if it is going to take a long time, they will bring me home and come back and get me. My car will show which tire is low and it is very sensitive. I needed new stems and it was frozen so they had to go to two places before they did have it on hand.

We actually had an appointment for the Friday before and we forgot to take the car in. They were great about it and got the car in on Monday. We had to have the alignment before a cross country trip. They got it taken care of for us on that Monday and for a good price.

They gave us an estimate the week before we had the service done. They had all of the parts ordered so the service was completed in one day. They provide a very nice drop-off and pick up service at your place of employment.

I have used Jenkins for years with my 5 cars and always have gotten good, fair service. In this case the engine light was on and they researched and found the reason was dirty oil and changed oil and cleaned internal oil screen as described in Honda service bulletin. Also replaced broken sway bars that were causing poor handling on curves. Phil is the owner and cares about his business and will make sure you are satisfied and will only sell you what you need. Have had him recommend I not fix things if they were not serious.

They were efficient and modestly priced. They were honest about what needed repair and what didn't.

It went fine. They did a good job and also checked to see if I had any other problems..

They are too expensive compared to other providers in the area. We found a good repair shop in New Palestine that we switched to due to both quality and cost.

They were very professional. The waiting room was very clean and child friendly. They give a lifetime warranty. They informed me of other problems that I have with my vehicle and provided estimates for those repairs. They can take the mileage from your vehicle and recommend repairs according to the manufacturers recommendations which is good because most people don't read the auto manuals. I would tell other Angie's list users that you can trust and feel comfortable with Jenkins Automotive Service. They have your well being in mind. They are not your typical auto repair shop. They are certified technicians so the quality is good. They called and gave me an update on the status of the repairs on my car and they called when it was ready. They have a shuttle service and are open until 6pm which is convenient for people that work. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I have been doing business with this company for many years, they care about their customers and are willing to to the extra mile for customer satisfaction. This is a great company to do business with; within the last month, I had to stop by a auto service store on a Saturday for a battery, they made the comment that this vehicle was in excellent shape, that is a reflection of Phil and his staff's work!
