We purchased an outdoor fireplace, bar island and island with built in grill from Joe (owner) at a home show. Things went well at first and the pieces were delivered to our backyard since the remainder of our project was delayed. When the project moved forward in Feb 2012 his guys came out to move the pieces into place. Of note, Joe was poorly responsive to calls from our project manager and it took a call from me to move things along. It was a warm winter and the ground was soft. They used the wrong piece of equipment to move the heavy pieces and tore up our back yard so badly that I had to pay $1500 to repair it. Another note, he called me after already doing a good deal of damage. Not knowing I was home he 'thought it might do some damage' and asked if it was ok to proceed. Not having another choice, they continued but in the end, our main contractor had to rent another piece of equipment to move these.
The quality of the work was sub-par. Pieces of stone work fell off within weeks. They did not use corner pieces for the corners of the fireplace on a piece they put together on site (a cheaper way to complete this). The crew was unprofessional and pushy when asking for payment even before the project was complete. They came to door smoking even with my wife answering the door holding a baby. We were afraid that if paid we would never hear from them again; we were right, he will not return my calls. 
The worst moment came when we realized that they installed the grill without converting it for natural gas that was run out to it. This was of course very dangerous we turned it on to discover that gas was pouring out!

He had a lot of good ideas and he did a great job repairing our chimney.
