I had a flyer for Indiana Carpet Care LLC to clean 2 rooms for $59.00. I called and arranged a time for them to come and clean the carpet plus the stairway. They called that morning and I expected them to arrive within the hour but it was almost 2 hours before they arrived. They were polite enough and set to work quickly. When done they did not ask me to examine the carpet and said it would take about 12 hours for the carpet to fully dry. It has been well over 24 hours and areas of the carpet are  still noticeably wet (not just s little damp).

Generally, I think I would had a better result if I had rented a Rug Doctor and cleaned the carpet myself.

They were very prompt. They were quick and I would use them again.

He arrived on time and was very professional. I bought the deal for $149.95 for 7 rooms plus the steps which were $2 each. The carpets look great. I will definitely use him again.

It went well.  Only one guy but he did a good job.  We had moved most of the small furniture out of the way beforehand.

Good service. Carpet was old and very stained. While it didn't look brand new when he was done, it looked so much better! Would use them again.

The tile was amazingly clean. We were so impressed because it was really bad before. However, the carpet seemed wetter than we would have liked, and they couldn't get a couple of spots out. They did come back and retry the spots but could not get them out. I would definitely use them agains for the tile.

They were very professional, quick, and did a good job and a good price, with few issues. I've used them three times now, with good results. I wouldn't recommend the additional fee for the carpet deodorizer (I had it done last time, but not this time, and didn't notice a difference and I have two large dogs).
My only negative comment is that they typically have arrived at the very end of the and quot;windowand quot; given, even if I'm the first appointment in the day. As long as you anticipate that, it isn't a big deal. I'll use them again.

This company does a great job! We used them three years ago to clean our carpets and the same quality of service was provided again this time. I used the coupon included in Valpak for 4 rooms with a hall for $89.95 and they cleaned our stairwell for $2 per step. It's the most competitive pricing I've seen. Barry is very professional and prompt. He was in and out in an hour and the carpets look great. He has removed tough stains both times.

It went well. The scheduler, Barry, was very nice and accommodating. The carpet cleaner dude actually was prompt, courteous, and the carpets look and smell very clean.

He said he could clean around the furniture instead of moving it, which we didn't prefer.

They did a great job. They gave my wife a complete estimate before beginning. They made suggestions. but didn't try and over sell additional items. They made sure all wood items were up on blocks. The service was excellent and the carpet looked great!

The scheduler was very polite. The cleaners were very polite, had a professional appearance, and arrived ahead of the scheduled time. I did receive a call about 45 minutes ahead of time that they were running ahead of schedule. They worked very efficiently, bringing in all equipment quietly and quickly.

They were done in 35 minutes. My thought was that this was extremely fast for two rooms so it gave me pause to wonder if they ran the cleaning machine too quickly over the surface. I wondered that if they had spent more time, they could have gotten more of the dampness pulled out of the carpet so that it would not have taken until the next morning to dry.

The carpets looked very clean, except for around the base boards. I ran my finger along the base boards in smaller spaces where the large floor tool would not have fit, because it looked dusty to me. When i did this i was able to gather dust bunnies with no problem. I don't believe that a crevice tool was used along the base board. I expected that these details would have been part of the service.

When they were done, they left without asking if I was satisfied. I think that is a good question for service providers to ask upon completion of a job, to ensure that the customer was satisfied and that they would get a good review.

I have a small linoleum area about 3 feet by 3 feet just inside the door in the carpeted room that I did not clean before they arrived. But it did need to be cleaned. Since my promotion was for two rooms and a hall, and I don't have a hall, it would have gone a long way with me if they went the extra mile to wipe up this area. I know I hired a carpet cleaner and not a house cleaner. But, like I said, they were there for only 35 minutes. A two minute cleanup would have completed the appearance of the room.

Hiring a professional saved me a lot of time and labor. I was satisfied except for the base boards, and my only disappointment was in the lack of superior customer service.

Everything was great. The person on the phone was nice, the people who showed up were very nice and professional. They didn't try to oversell like some competitors do! Carpets came out clean, and I was happy.

The company was very responsive. I called first thing in the a.m. after we had an outside cat invade our home and spray/defecate in several areas of the house. The owner said that although they didn't plan to be on the southside of town that day (where we live), he would see if could move some things around to make it work. He called back an hour later to say that they would be able to fit us in.
They did a fantastic job. No orders or stains detected following their cleaning. I particularly appreciated how the owner made such an extraordinary effort to work us in given the emergency situation. Their prices are reasonable too.
We will definitely call on them again when we need carpet/furniture cleaned.

The man doing the cleaning got lost on the way to our home. His GPS had not picked up our street. He was very cordial and professional and worked quickly. The surprise of not moving all furniture was the only complaint I had.
