Jay did what he said he was going to do and more.He and his men worked their back sides off getting it back in rent-able shape. Also he added river rock around and areas that gave the house a very nice appearance. If you want someone that will do what they say in the time they give, than this guys is who you want to contact. He a trust worthy person. and will not charge you for something that he doesn't do. Really he does more than he says he will do. Thanks Jay I will Be calling you for other work in future.

Jay showed up on Monday, gave me an estimate we agreed upon, and he was back by 8:30 the next morning with his crew to begin the work.
It took 3 people 2 1/2 days of clearing, weed whacking, mowing, and brush disposal to get the job done. Much of it required hands on work.
My yard had overgrown due to both my mowers being in the shop. There was winter debris and weeds left over from last year.

Also, I have numerous plantings of perennials and probably at least 50 fruit trees and shrubs on the property.
It was a difficult job but I was please with Jay's work and his prompt service. It was wonderful to have a contractor willing to actually work and do the jobs that I can't do, with a fair price asked.
I hired Jay for a second job of cleaning a courtyard area enclosed by a white picket fence-again, extensive overgrowth and weeds. They cleaned everything for me, and hand painted the fence, it is back to a beautiful white.
Next he will be doing some exterior work for me on the house, starting next week.
He is one of the best contractors I've found and I would highly recommend him.
