They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to order the needed computer chip. They gave us an estimate and within three days had replaced the chip. Their estimate was accurate and their work was very professional.

I had an issue that it was done like the first time and the Grant's Automatic Transmission mechanic took it apart and redid it at no charge and made sure it was done correctly. Apparently, the part that was put in was not the part actually for that transmission. The staff were friendly.

I got a big savings on this price! They were very prompt and courteous. It took about a day and a half, which is pretty fast for transmission work. These people are just plain good! They know what they're doing! I've got about 130,000 miles on my car and since I got it back from them haven't had any problems.

I have used them on several occasions. The gentleman that runs the business is extremely honest and is very reasonably priced. The other place that I went to told me that I had to get some other things done which they were not very honest about and they wanted $500 or $600 to do it but Grant's Automatic Transmission was very honest about it and did exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend him and have already done to different friends. He is very trustworthy.

I dropped the truck off after hours, and got a call with the estimate about a day and a half later. The amount was a relief, and the work was completed later that same day. The repair addressed all the issues and everything is good. I appreciated the professionalism and reasonable turnaround time.

Called for a phone quote a week before. Called a couple other shops that I've used and their quotes were higher. Called back to schedule an appointment for the Monday. They suggested 2 days turnaround. The only VERY minor hitch was that it was two days... after they ordered the clutch. Still done mid-day of the 3rd day and the final price was right on the quoted price. New Clutch works great and they folks at the shop were all very friendly and helpful.
