I had an excellent experience with Ray. He was responsive right away and went to the site as scheduled. His report was extremely detailed and professionally put together using a software app that was easy to access. His attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Even the building managers commented that this was among the most detailed reports they've seen. I highly recommend him.

Working with Ray was a wonderful experience start to finish. He arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection. He explained everything he found and had pictures for me to see just what he meant.
