Sewer Cleaning, Well and Pump Service
This company is price gouging! It is sickening. They are a monopoly and outside of porta-pottys our small community of consumers do not have any choice. They bill us for sewage only, not water usage, nothing else, just sewage and the cost is $78 a MONTH! Most people pay in the area of $20-30 for sewage, we are about triple that. It is unacceptable. We have tried to go through all the right avenues to discuss this pricing or have someone help regulate it, to no avail. We are still in the middle of dealing with it and Fox 59 is looking into it also. This is not a company that people have a choice to use, but if you are part of a community in Hancock County that is thinking of adding Gem as their sewage provider, fight it and do not end up where we are now with nowhere to turn!
