Garage Doors of Greenfield

We had a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I called Garage Doors of Greenfield and they were able to come out a few days later. They also replaced the spring on our second garage door. We are very pleased with the prompt and courteous service.

My message was returned later the same day, and an appointment scheduled the second business day following. I was given an accurate estimate for replacing the broken spring and repairing the photo eye. The entire mechanism must have been worked on as well because the action is now 200% quieter than before the work was performed. The tech was friendly and professional, and everything is working great now.

My best friend bent her garage door accidentally backing out before the door was all the way up. (Oops!)  She was looking for someone who could fix it without a complete replacement and found Garage Doors of Greenfield online.  I logged into Angie's List because their website said they were listed to see the reviews.  They were rated A and one of the reviews sounded exactly what had happened to her so she made the call.  It was a Sunday so they were closed.  They called first thing Monday morning, came out the same day, fixed the door, and were SUPER REASONABLE.  If you are looking for a great experience call them today! I am referring another one of friends to them now!

Someone (don't judge) backed a car out of the garage this morning while the garage door was on its way down. Damage: at least one bent hinge, two rollers out of the track. one spring cable off its pulley, and a bent garage door. There was a Garage Doors of Greenfield sticker on the garage door, so I checked Angie's List first (thank you Angie!) and then made the call. When it went to voicemail, I worried that I wouldn't get a call back until late in the day and that it'd be next week before someone would come out. Instead, Todd called back in about 10 minutes and said he could come by in an hour or so. He and his helper pulled up about an hour later, had the door fixed and tuned in less than half an hour, and charged me $78.56. That included replacing two hinges, re-installing the spring cables, straightening the track and the door, and lubricating all parts. Honestly, it runs more smoothly now than it has in the two years I've lived here. This guy clearly knows what he's doing, and he's efficient, professional, and more than fair on pricing. I will DEFINITELY call him again and/or recommend him to others if the opportunity presents itself.

I was having difficulty with my garage door opener on a Saturday so I called Garage Doors of Greenfield and left a message asking if they could come out a week later on a day when I could be home. Todd called me back the following Monday and left a message stating that they could be out at a time that was convenient for me. I called back and left a message asking him to come at 10am the following Tuesday as I had several other people coming that morning for other issues. He was in the garage checking everything out at 10am sharp! Had everything done and working like a charm in less than an hour! Other members of my family have had the same results. They were on time and cleaned up the mess from fixing the gizmo out there. They gave us a full report and checked everything else out at the same time.

They were here on time, called the day before and the morning of. The work was good and they cleaned up and took every thing away. The programed my cars to the new openers.

I had services done by them a month ago. The job went very well, the guy was very professional and they did a good job. I spoke to them over the phone a couple times and they seemed very nice. My wife was here when they came to do the actual job. The job costed us about $100.

The gentlemen from Garage Doors of Greenfield were very responsive, very professional. They installed the new equipment in less than an hour. The brand installed replaced my 10-year-old Craftsman Opener. The new opener has more safety features and is so quiet I do not hear anything when I am in the house. The cost of the unit plus installation was very reasonable. I highly recommend Garage Doors of Greenfield.

Spring broke on the garage door Tuesday night and Wednesday morning I called Garage Doors of Greenfield. He came out a bit after lunch and quickly replaced the spring and lubed the garage door parts. It is moving so quietly now! Price he quoted for the spring was what he charged.

They were great. The were able to work me in much quicker that anyone else I called - they came the same afternoon that I called. They were professional and polite. They assesed the problem quickly and gave me an accurate estimate. They went to work right away and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use them again.

One call to Todd, at Garage Doors of Greenfield is all it took to get him to come out and look at the problem. A home inspection had cited the garage door as opening, but not smoothly, as it should. He quickly figured out that two sections of the door track were damaged and needed to be replaced. He did the work the next day (because he didn't have the right part with him) and didn't charge for coming out twice, and his price was great. The door is working well now. I am a Realtor, and I referred my Seller to Garage Doors of Greenfield because I have dealt with them several times and have always found them to be very professional, on time, and they have done great work, at prices that seem to be cheaper than anyone else. I don't get any kind of "finder's fee" etc, and I am in now way associated with this company or it's owner, or any employees. I just like to share the info about good contractors! If only Angie hadn't taken that idea and run with it first!

Arrived on time and were very efficient. Cleaned up and hauled everything off. My new door works great and I love it!

They did a good job. They were flexible. They did the work when I wasn't there. They were really trustworthy. I would use them again if needed.

It went very well. I think we used them before a few years ago. They were very prompt, I think they came out the same day and I think they were pretty reasonable. They didn't try to sell us more than we needed. The job was very good.

My garage door had stopped working, it would get stuck going up and I would have to "help" it move on up. There were other problems with the door, it was incredibly noisy, and there was a panel that would pop and it moved from vertical to horizontal. I called Garage Doors of Greenfield in the morning expecting to need at least a new panel in the door. The serviceman arrived that afternoon on time, and he replaced a bad hinge, then did a complete door service, adjusted the spring, lubricated the door and made sure everything was working well. The door is now quieter that it has ever been, even when it was brand new. The service man was very honest, he could have told me I needed a new door or opener and I would have believed him. He just did what needed to be done.

It went great. The owner came out to diagnose the problem and do the work. They followed up with a phone call the following day.
