Manicures/Nails
it started off well, got to two out of four of us quickly to start the pedicure. completely ignored a person in our group and allowed other customers to go ahead of her, claiming they only had two employees who knew how to do a full set of french tips. when my nails were painted, the employee did not take her time, and rushed me along, smudging the paint as she went. the lines were jagged and uneven. they charged me $10 to paint my three year old daughters nails, and $71.00 total for merely painting our nails. they didn't ever even get around to putting the full set on.
