Family Fun and Fitness is really a good gym. I work out on my own but I do go one trainer's class. He is probably the best trainer I have ever met. He's name is Mike Ballinger. He does one on one but I don't do that- I just got for his classes.

They have killer classes - I really like their classes. I'm loyal to Mike, who teaches the classes and does the personal training -- he has a ton of energy! He's very good and very encouraging.

WE PURCHASED A ONE-YEAR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP EARLIER THIS YEAR. MY HUSBAND WAS DEPLOYED OVERSEAS FOR A LONG STINT, SO I THOUGHT A PARTIAL REFUND WAS DUE. I SPOKE WITH JAY AND SEVERAL OTHER EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE ISSUE. AFTER SUBMITTING A COPY OF MY HUSBAND'S ORDERS, THE GYM NEVER CALLED BACK. AFTER TWO FOLLOW UP CALLS, I WAS TOLD THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED, BUT NO ONE CALLED TO NOTIFY ME. IN THE END, THE ENTIRE FAMILY MEMBERSHIP WAS EXTENDED ANOTHER YEAR FOR FREE. THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO WORKOUT AND DAYCARE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE FAMILY MEMBERSHIP. HOWEVER, I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSE ON THE INITIAL MATTER. LOCATION AND SERVICE OTHERWISE IS GREAT, SO WE WILL PROBABLY RENEW WHEN THE TIME IS UP.
