Everything went perfect!! Very informative and professional. Top notch workmanship!!

I have a wireless smoke alarm system. It wouldn't stop beeping even after I changed the batteries in all the wireless units. The owner was in the area and came within an hour to unscrew the wired unit and replace the battery. He was pleasant, professional, and didn't charge me for stopping. He did say if an employee had come, he would have had to charge me, but he didn't, and I really appreciated it.

Work was done well with frequent communication.

Electrical box was corroded and overloaded, called for estimate and Mr. Ellison was prompt and professional. Estimate was actually lower than competitors and included more work (suggested replacement of outdoor conduit pipes). Work was completed in 2 trips, circuit box in one day, doorbell on another. Has good rapport with electrical company since power had to be shut off temporarily and house temp dropped to 55degrees in below freezing weather for a few hours. Doorbell install went smoothly and was installed quickly. Overall very professional work.

Good. Took extra time to fit remote piece into fan unit, so the price went up.....install cost way more than the fan :). But I do trust Ellison Electric and call them for all of my electrical needs.

The provider carefully reviewed the list of items to be repaired and communicated with me several times to prevent any confusion and to ensure that no time would be wasted for them or for me.  I have rarely experienced the level of communication prior to a service visit that Ellison Electric demonstrated.  If all service providers practiced such a commitment to understanding customer needs, there would be fewer problems and cost/time savings for everyone concerned.

When at the address, the provider addressed all problems with an eye to practical solutions.  That is, they were acutely aware of the cost and sought practical solutions but were also conducted the work to the highest safety standards.

Bill was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and make multiple recommendations. In short, exactly what you look for when hiring a company from this list. We have already requested a quote from Bill to do some work in our new home.

They are a great company. Anyone should use them.
