EasyWater

We have no complaints about the installation or customer service. After having soft water for 30 years its very difficult to get used to this system. It may keep your pipes clean but we still get hard water deposits on our sinks, shower doors, faucets, etc. We are considering having it taken out and and putting another soft water system back in and chalking it up as an expensive mistake. Anyone who has never had a water softner will probably do fine with this product.

He was puntucal, clean, quick. The whole process was so easy. They havea free ten year warranty on it also.

We were looking for a product that would repalce our water softener. Due to last summer's drought and our being on a well, we were looking for ways to limit water usage (saving water by not having to recharge the softener twice a week). We purchased the easy water system and I was able to install it. This system eliminates scale build up but does not give the feel of soft water.
We are somewhat satisfied with our purchase. Anyone considering this product should understand it is not a softener.

It didn't take long to set up the system. I am trying it out now. Their customer service was good. They were very responsive.

I was initially impressed by the idea for the product, however once it was installed I did not see that it did anything. I was pleased that they had a money back guarantee because I was not impressed with the actual product so I utilized their guarantee. They shipped the system out to me in a timely manner, however I had to do the installation and removal of the system.

My experience was good. All of my interaction was over the phone, but they were very professional and had good customer service. The system is working fine.

Although you can install it yourself, my installation was a little more complicated. I had another company install the unit, and I have been extremely happy with the system. The system has worked very well, and has eliminated my lime build-up. They have different options for the units, and they worked with me to determine which was best for me. I have been extremely happy.

In all honesty, I was a bit skeptical to start out with. However, I knew the environmental impact sodium-based water softeners have and how they destroy otherwise good coffee water. Since I wasn't interested in running separate lines for softening and non-softening, I decided to try the EasyWater system in November of 2007. The system works effectively and exactly as advertised. While it doesn't remove the mineral deposits from the water, it stops them from calcifying and leaving condensate or residue on your surfaces or appliances. Traditionally I have to de-calcify my shower heads once a month or they spray absolutely everywhere. I de-calcified my sinks and shower heads four or five months ago and I haven't had to clean them since. Sinks have been running flawlessly and the shower head is still going strong. I also had to replace a dishwasher recently, due to calcium deposits - the repeated vinegar treatments to remove lime and scale finally did it in. I haven't had any lime or scaling on the new dishwasher since we've installed the EasyWater system. It can be a bit of a tedious installation, however, since it involves tightly winding thin-gauge wire around the inbound water main, I messed up the installation once and needed a new wire spool, which Frieje sent to me for absolutely no charge. The customer service rep I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. While this might not get rid of existing build up and scale, it definitely prevents future build-up. Overall an excellent investment.
