CUSTOM FLOORING GROUP

I prepared a rough draft for this box, but there aren't enough characters available to let you know what a horrific experience we had with this company. So, to shorten the story greatly, we had problem after problem with this company and owner. When we left a message on his phone, he never checked messages. They were rarely on time, in the many months that we've had this job going on. They were hours late some days, others not showing up at all. Some of the tile had to be removed & redone due to sloppiness. There was no barrier put between the concrete & tile, which is extremely cold in the winter. As consumers, we didn't know to ask about this, we should've been told. Two different things had the grouting crack & fall out, so we called them back to fix it & given a 2 day timeframe to complete repairs. It's been 4 weeks & still no results. The dumpster left huge scratches down our driveway that he promised would be fixed, he fell through on that also. Fone # incorrect on this site.

I liked them so well I had them do all of the floors. They are very good to call and return calls when needed.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY (ANOTHER COMPANY) WHICH IS WHERE WE PURCHASED THE MATERIALS. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO, CONSIDERING THE OUTDOOR APPLICATION, SUGGESTED PUTTING A BARRIER BETWEEN THE CONCRETE AND TILE. IT WILL PROTECT THE GROUT AND TILE FROM EXPANSION CRACKS. THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP NICELY TOO!
