One of the best experiences I've had with a business. Very customer service oriented. They came to my home and gave me an opportunity to try several mattress configurations. Once I decided, my new mattress was delivered very quickly. Set up took less than an hour. A bonus that they hauled the old one away for free. Another bonus that they have a means to recycle old mattress so they don't end up in a landfill. The materials are eco-friendly and non-toxic. My first encounter was with Nate. I was very impressed with the positive way he spoke about a competitor, another small business. After initial information from him, I reviewed their website and decided to purchase. I initially spoke with Landon who was very helpful. Landon and Ian both have delivered exemplary customer service. After sleeping on the new mattress for 30 days, I requested an adjustment. Landon and I discussed what I experienced and he recommended another configuration. It was as simple as switching out the top layer of the three-layer construction and took less than 30 minutes. I also added their KulKote technology to help with a more cool sleep experience. What a fine, fine company! Very happy with my purchase!
