His inspection of the first property caught a major issue with the HVAC duct work in the garage that was a deal breaker for us. The inspection report was very detailed and helpful in writing our inspection response. Being a first-time home buyer, I appreciated all the time he took to explain what he was seeing during the inspection and give us realistic expectations (and helpful, experienced tips) for maintenance. The free recall check on all the appliances is a generous feature, too! He is very personable and informative. Always on time and flexible to work around complications (like arriving at the property and no key in the lock box! "No problem, I'll get started on the exterior and roof inspection while I wait.") Top-notch inspection quality! I've been shopping for a home for the last 6 months, so I've had an experience with another inspection company on a property I almost purchased that gave a very lackluster inspection and a worse inspection report. Catch All Inspections showed up 30 minutes early and had time to interact with the property owner, then got right to work. When I finally arrived to join him, the inspector was very friendly and very eager to explain the important items he had already found. As he continued on, I noticed he very meticulously photographed everything as he went and made thorough documentation of everything as he went along. I'm confident that he checked every outlet, light switch, window, and connected appliance in the house. About 2 hours after the inspection was completed, I had a very clear report delivered to my email inbox that clearly summarized all of the defects he noticed, which were then followed up by the full review of everything that he inspected on the house, with useful recommendations throughout the entire report. What makes this all the better is that Catch All Inspections' price of service was $100 less than the inferior company I had worked with prior, plus Catch All Inspections offered a 90 day warranty on several items they inspected and had assured me are free of defects! It's really too bad that Catch All Inspections isn't in the business of inspecting inferior inspectors...
