He was very thorough, conscientious, and respectful of me and my home. He detailed every step of the process and explained why "this" was good or why "this" was harmful. He told me how small problems could be repaired (proper electrical covering on furnace, screws missing from outdoor dryer vent) by the seller with very little effort or cost. I felt much better about the future purchase of my home after Jason completed the inspection. [Glad to see my laundry stacked up to be folded wasn't in the report-LOL.] The man didn't miss a beat. Every window, air vent, light switch...he documented everything! I love that he wrote down all major appliance serial numbers and offers a free service that prints out a copy for the homeowner's records! I need to return the phone call and accept the paper work on that service.

Well testing was overpriced and the report was very limited in substance.

Overall the inspector did a wonderful job and was very professional, but I would make one note. If you have a two story house the inspector will not get on top of the roof, but inspect it from the ground through binoculars. If your house is just one story all will be PERFECT!!!!
