Great price, great service! Highly recommend!! Arbor Tree was quick, polite, and kept the area minimally affected. The ground was in great shape even after big branches landing on it and everything was cleaned up afterwards nice and neat. I was very impressed with this company! Only minor issue: I had to call 1 week after they were supposed to show up to see when they were actually coming. Due to weather they showed up 2 weeks later but did keep me posted after my call on when they would come. I would definitely recommend Arbor Tree to any family or friends!!

They were courteous and did a jgood ob overall. They cleaned up well afterwards.

Overall went fine. He arrived same day to give us quote and we gave him the job two days later as his was the best price, and we had used him before. (about 3 years ago.) They climbed the tree to cut it down from the top instead of using the bucket truck. They chose this method so as not to make tracks in the lawn. I would not recommend they climb. The climber seemed relatively unsure of his climbing skills. As a retired Ind. Bell installer, I have pole climbing experience, and this person was just not personally safe in his methods. I would strongly recommend you have them use the bucket truck, even if you have to wait for a few days so the ground is solid enough for their trucks. First time we used them, they used the bucket truck and their work was flawless. We did have them leave the larger wood for our son to cut up for firewood. That kept the bid down some. They ground up the small limbs and left the job site very clean. Would definitely use them again.

I do construction work, and I had worked with another company in the past. Arbor Tree Company gave me a free quote, within a day or two of when I called and spoke to them. They were very responsive, and my experience with them was good. They gave me everything I needed to know, and gave recommendations above and beyond what I had asked for, which was helpful. I appreciated their expertise. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They trimmed and cleaned up an old maple tree. They were very professional. They used a bucket truck which allowed them to thin the tree and not just cut it up overall. They used the bucket truck which allowed them to get up real high and do a good job. They go around the tree instead of climbing up as far as they can and then cutting it. The prices were good. The punctuality was good.

Company performed work as promised. Price was very reasonable.

The time from contract signing to work was about 5 weeks. This was fine, as the storms and rain made for delays. The morning they showed up we were not expecting them. They apparently called and left a message they were coming just a little while before they came, and we didn't get the message. My biggest issues were with the lack of care they took with my yard. Rather than lower the trunk sections by rope, they dropped them into the ground, leaving holes as big as 1 feet deep and 2 feet wide. They either didn't put down protection on the lawn to keep from leaving ruts, or they missed the boards, because I have two large ruts (complete with tread) that is about 2" deep, pushing mud up around it. They dragged limbs about 20' to a chipper, leaving several places with dug-up grass. I understand that our contract said we would not hold them responsible for landscape damage, but I expected reasonable care. Our lawn really looks bad. After the stump grinding, they left the wood shavings. We have two large piles (about 20-30 wheelbarrows) and not enough flower beds. Had I known about this, we could have prepared better in the five weeks prior to their visit, but no one ever mentioned to me that the clean-up would not include the stumps. They did clean up the rest of the trees nicely.

One of the 10 trees came down in a storm and they were out the next day to take care of it. They even took down dead limbs off of living trees, without my asking, and at no extra charge. They offered the best price of three companies.

GIVEN THEIR NAME BY NEIGHBOR. MAJORITY OF TIMES I CALLED, HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON ANSWERING MACHINE EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A GIRL IN THE OFFICE. TOOK 2 MONTHS TO HAVE TREE TRIMMED. WHEN DECIDED ON TRIM AS OPPOSED TO REMOVAL, I KEPT BEING PUT OFF. GUESS MY JOB WASN'T BIG ENOUGH. BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME, THEY JUST DID NOT SHOW UP! AT LEAST 3 TIMES.

THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP ON SCHEDULE AND PERFORMED THE WORK ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS THE FIRST TIME. NO CALL BACKS WERE REQUIRED. CLEAN-UP WAS PERFORMED WELL AND GOOD COMMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM OUR NEIGHBORS ABOUT THE JOB. THE COST WAS BELOW OTHER COMPANIES' ESTIMATES.

BOB VOWELL IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE PRICES HE QUOTED WERE CONSIDERABLY BETTER THAN THE OTHER COMPANY I CHECKED. THEY DID THE WORK WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE IN AND OUT IN A SHORT TIME.

CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!

BOB WAS POLITE , PROFESSIONAL , AND REASONABLY PRICED. OUT OF 4 QUOTES HE WAS THE 2ND LOWEST. THE JOB WAS A LARGE ONE BUT ARBOR TREE COMPLETED IT ON TIME EVEN WITH SOME RAIN. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

I LEFT A MESSAGE, BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

RICHARD WAS THOROUGH, LARGE CREW & EQUIPMENT.

I ASKED THEM TO SHAPE THE TREE AND WAS VERY SPECIFIC IN MY INSTRUCTIONS. THEY GAVE IT A SEVERE PRUNING, IN WHICH THE TREE WAS ALMOST BARE AND UNSIGHTLY. I CALLED THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WORK AND HE SAID I WAS BEING IRRATIONAL AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. I JUST WANTED THE TREE TRIMMED, I DID NOT WANT IT MANGLED. I DID NOT PAY FOR THE WORK BECAUSE IT WAS SO AWFUL. I FAXED THEM A DIAGRAM WHICH ILLUSTRATED A SEVERE PRUNING AND A WELL SHAPED TREE SO THAT THEY WOULD KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. I HAD THREE ESTIMATES AND I WOULD HAVE HIRED THEM REGARDLESS OF PRICE AS THEY SEEMED THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE PROMPT, AND HE WAS WILLING TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE, BUT THE REASONABLE PRICE RESULTED IN PREMIUM SERVICE.

THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT FRADYS HAS TO DO WITH THE STUMP OF THE SWEETGUM THEY COMPLETELY CUT DOWN. I WANTED THEM TO REMOVE IT AND THEY AGREED TO FOR $100. THEN ON THE DAY THEY DID THE OTHER TREES HE ADJUSTED HIS ESTIMATE TO $500. I FOUND OUT HE DID NOT WANT THE JOB AND OVER PRICED IT. NATURALLY I DIDN`T HAVE HIM DO IT. OTHERWISE, I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY PERFORMED AND WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED.
