This went very well. Extremely happy to get those old brush piles gone and the rest of the work. Crew was efficient and quick. Did a nice clean up afterwards raked and all! We requested larger pieces to be left for future firewood. Bob, owner, did a very thorough job of stump grinding. Will definitely be calling again for future trimming projects! Thank you guys!

They did the best price and they did a good job and they cleared away some old brush. They worked hard and did a good job and got it all done in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up the area that they worked in. Their price was competitive.

They were very punctual with the initial contact with me. I had to reschedule my appointment and they were very flexible with my change. The crew was very professional and took great care with the landscape and out buildings and fence when cutting the trees down. Not a plant was hurt or damage to the surrounding yard items. Excellent experience.

I work for CannonIV a business in the downtown area, and we had 6 Ash tree's to remove because of the Ash Beetle which destroyed the tree's. I called " Arbor Tree Company" for a estimate which was very reasonable, and had the trees removed, and the stumps ground up. They also removed some large dead branches on a adjacent lot. The work crew for Arbor cleaned up all the debris from the tree's and conducted themselves in a very professional manner while on the premises' I would highly recommend Arbor Tree Company when getting a estimate for tree removal, I do not feel you will get better price for tree removal services.

thank you Bob for a job well done. All was raked up and very, very clean. thank you for the attention to detail you put into cutting down such a big willow tree and hauling off all the debris.
Appreciate all the communication with all my questions in the early set up stages. This tree sat on all four corners of my neighbors and they are very pleased as well.

This was not the first time I've had Arbor Tree to my house and it won't be the last. Neighbors have had tree service companies show up to remove trees and grind stumps with no thought as to how the machinery would tear up wet ground. Arbor Tree made two trips, one to cut down the trees, and one to grind the stumps once the ground was drier. There work and fee was exactly as described in the estimate. My yard always looks better after they visit.

The owner, Bob Vowell, provided an estimate for services. He was very attuned to keeping any damage to my yard to a minimum during the removal of the tree. When the crew arrived to perform the services he not only instructed them as to the job to be accomplished but also walked the crew thru. His on-site supervisor monitored the entire job from start to finish. They performed an outstanding job, no damage was done to my yard and cleanup was near-perfect. The owner arrived after the tree was removed and did the chipping of the tree stump personally. He then walked me thru the entire job site to be certain that I was completely satisfied with the job before providing me with the bill for service which was exactly as agreed on the estimate. I would very highly recommend this company.

Bob knows these Japanese Maples are finicky and delicate. He carefully trimmed and thinned our tree and it doesn't even look like anything was done.

They did a great job. They where very professional and came in one day and cut all six trees down and ran them thru their chipper and the cleaned the area up. The next day they came and picked up all the logs and then ground down all of the stumps. We were very pleased with their work . We had three estimates for the job and they were the most reasonable. We would highly recommend them for tree service.

They did a fantastic job. Not only they removed the trees, but they were extremely gentle with our landscape and the lawn. They cleaned up the yard and the driveway to perfection. We were extremely happy with their service.

Work was performed as promised. Bob is professional and performs quality work. I will use him for any tree work I need in the future. He also offers a great deal on mulch at his location on US 40 in Greenfield.

My experience with Arbor Tree Company and Bob Vowell was outstanding. I've looked at these overgrown / dying / superacidic white pines for years. Finally, my abject disgust with these trees mandated their destruction. Arbor Tree Company came to my house with a crew that worked efficiently to cut down the trees. A few days later when the ground dried a little (so as not to tear up grass), the stumps were ground down to allow for the planting of new trees and shrubs. Great overall experience and I would and have already recommended them.

When we bought our home (about 10 yrs ago) we knew the huge tree in the backyard was old and damaged. But, each season it would leaf out and give wonderful shade during the hottest part of the summer. We could see the dead and dying limbs, but that tree would always come through.
I worried that the lowest limb, which was amazingly long and heavy, would pull off and fall on my husband while he mowed. I called Arbor Tree and made an appointment to have it cut off. But, money matters cropped up and we had to cancel the appointment. Bob, the owner took it well. The next year, we made another appointment, but the weather refused to cooperate and we eventually canclled that also. This year, another appointment.
Bob came and looked at the tree and told us the tree itself was dangerous and could fall at any time. With a broken heart, I said, yes, take it down. It had leafed out every year and I loved to look out our bedroom window and look at it.
So, yesterday Bob and his crew came at 10:30 in the morning and in just a few hours it was down. The whole core of the trunk was completely rotten, worse than we thought. I can't imagine how it kept living and leafing out. I miss it, but all good things come to an end and at least, it caused no harm.
Arbor Tree does an outstanding job and we highly recommend them.
