The price turned to be more than we expected because we thought it was just changing the faucet handle of the shower but it turned out that it broke. Obviously we were not happy that it turned out to be more than we thought but that was unavoidable. It had to be taken care of. Last year time when we used them we had very good experience with them. Price wise they run a little high but they are always good.

We went with the new system because it was going to cost 600 for repairs to the old unit. This happened over new years week,but they came out and gave us the estimate and the reason for delay had to order propane tank to heat it with.
