Chris was my mechanic for this particular problem, and diagnosed it relatively quickly. He showed me the issue with my drive-shaft, ordered the part and fixed it in a couple of hours. Driving the vehicle indicated that Chris' recommendation corrected my problem. I'm very happy with the diagnosis, repair and accuracy of the cost estimate (my vehicle has 140,000 miles so repairs can be relatively expensive). I will certainly go back for additional service as necessary.
