THEY GAVE US A LOANER TO USE WHILE THEY REPAIRED IT. I CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY KEPT TELLING US THAT THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF ORDERING THE PARTS. THEY HAVE HAD OUR MOWER, AND WE HAVE HAD THEIR LOANER, FOR OVER A YEAR! FINALLY THEY CALLED TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO MAKE THE TRADE AND WE SCHEDULED A TIME FOR LATER IN THE WEEK. THE STATE DIXIE CHOPPER MOWER REP SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR 15 MINUTES AFTER OUR PHONE CALL SAYING THEY WERE IN THE AREA AND COULD PICK UP THE LOANER AND GIVE US OUR MOWER LATER. WE GAVE HIM THE LOANER. TWO WEEKS LATER WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR OLD MOWER. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING US TO TELL US THAT OUR MOWER IS DONE. I HAVE GOTTEN NO MESSAGES FROM THEM. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
