He failed to properly measure my residence. Upon dispute of improper measurement, he admitted he did not actually measure and refused to measure to get an accurate measurement. After providing him with a survey showing the issue was obvious, he still refused to update the measurements or actually measure the residence as required under contract with my mortgage provider. We will not use his services in the future and suggested to my mortgage provider they discontinue his contract.

They did a really good job. Helpful and explained things to me. The report was given to me in a timely manor.

Appraisal report was not delivered within the promised time frame. One follow-up phone call was not returned, the second call was not returned timely. The report was sloppy and contained careless factual errors. Some examples of report inaccuracies are: 10-year old house shown as under construction, insulated casement windows shown as double hung and not insulated, and a three car driveway shown as two car.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION TO PROVIDING A VERY DETAILED AND WELL DONE APPRAISAL. COMPLETE WITH COLOR PHOTOGRAPHS OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE PROPERTY, AND A FLOOR PLAN ALONG WITH A LOCATION MAP WITH DETAILS OF OTHER HOMES USED FOR COMPARISON OF VALUE IN THE GENERAL AREA. ED HELMER WAS THERE APPRAISING THE HOUSE EVEN BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME, HE WAS POLITE AND THROUGH. HE DID THE INSPECTION ON MONDAY AND HAD THE REPORT MAILED AIR-BORN AND I RECEIVED IT ON THURSDAY.VERY IMPRESSED.
