Our experience was great! Allen from Cox came right on time, listened carefully to our concerns and needs, and quietly set to work. He is meticulous and neat in his work, and offered many helpful suggestions concerning service to the work shed, and placing of the motion detectors. Each time we called Cox, we got a quick appointment, and even received a call from Jennifer that due to a cancellation, they could move up an appointment, etc. We already have another list for future work, and had called Cox to compliment them on Allen and their team.
