I had a fuel pump repaired on my vehicle. It took almost a week to get it back and once I did I noticed that it had 23 additional miles on the odometer ( I keep track of my cars' maintenance) Last year I also had some work done by Peterson European and that car had 31 extra miles on it when I picked it up. I believe they take advantage of their customers cars and use them as personal vehicles while they're awaiting pickup. In the past I've taken my car to German Concepts for repair and have never had any such issues but I wanted something closer. Both repair shops are skilled and knowledgeable but I think German Concepts will be my go-to place shop since they're more ethical and have more integrity.

He has had factory Mercedes training and knows these cars well. Work was done reasonably and parts used were an improved version of the original. Work was completed when quoted and for cost quoted. Would go back if I ever get another Mercedes.

Fit in diagnosis of my problem despite an already packed schedule. Gave me confidence in taking my car on upcoming road trip. Great service! I am a repeat customer over the past couple years. They always look over car, warn of upcoming repairs and provide estimate. I have appointment to go back next week for regular oil change. Then again in the very near future to complete brake and fuel pressure sensor repairs.
