About us

NK Developments, LLC. is a professional quality and service driven company in the St. Joseph and Elkhart County areas specializing in kitchens, baths, basements, siding, and windows. During our initial meet we will listen to your style and gather information about your project. We will then take the time to put together detailed quotes and reschedule a follow up appointment. After deciding to work together- It isn't outside of our services for the owner (Niel) to consult on material selection and design to help pull out your style for your renovation. We currently run only 3 teams, all lead by techs with high quality values and high skill levels. We are dedicated to growing slowly by putting the right people on the job site. We understand it is difficult to trust someone in your home during a large renovation. Our goal is to make this process as seamless and stress free as possible.

It was great! There is none better than Niel at keeping you informed and making sure you are happy with the progress. We put in all new windows and his price was thousands cheaper than other companies we talked to and the quality is great. If you need any sort of house repairs call NK Developments. They do much more than windows and I would call them for any home repairs you need.

Niel was a complete professional. You can really tell he and his crew truly care about your project. He was very responsive. Took the time to help me understand the costs. Not pushy at all. Completely felt like he was here to inform me about my project more than the typical, here’s your quote this is what it will cost. You can tell he has a lot of experience with home improvements/repairs. His crew was very respectful of our home and worked very quickly. Thanks for taking care of us! If you are considering any home improvements give Niel a call, can’t speak highly enough of him and his work.
