Morrison got my diesel generator working. He said this was the first one heâ s serviced and did a great job. Put in a new battery and a part to make it start and I now donâ t have to worry about a power outage. He is a very personable young man and his price was very affordable. I will definitely call him for help again.

Morrison was very communicative and did great work installing a new outlet for our electric range and providing a cord that matched the needed amperage of our range. His cost is reasonable: $50 fee to come out + $80/hour + materials. However he estimated the work would take 30 minutes and it took two hours, which made the total cost way more than the estimate. We were also not anticipating $130 in parts. If you have the time I'd recommend buying the parts yourself.

"Hi Kate, I am sorry you feel you were unfairly charged. I responded to your email about the materials cost but did not hear back. Because you do not have 220 volts in your new location, I had to use 25 feet of 6-3 wire, which cost around $110. There were a few other materials involved, which I listed in my email, to make it $130 total. I also have a one-hour minimum charge, so you should have been prepared for at least an hour of labor. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear; I try to be very transparent."

Excellent experience with this company. Some troubleshooting was involved and Morrison detected the problem promptly. I had another company come out first and after about 2 hours they could not find the problem. I then called Morrison Electric and in 2 hours the problem was detected and fixed. Morrison is very professional and knowledgeable. Licensed, bonded, and insured, they are my go to electrical contractor for all future electrical issues I may have.
