Services were excellent, the men were wonderful, they were prompt, and very helpful. Great service and I trust them to come again. I would highly recommend them.

I had to the following up with them to get the sales guy to come out  and then I found windows later cheaper and once the installation was done the guy hadn't signed off the job was finish even though it wasn't finish and then I had  track him down to get it finished.

Worked was not completed in promised time frame. I had to keep calling and calling. They would give date and then move it. Now, six months later there's a problem with the shutters and once again I'm getting the run around (been waiting over a month for something they said would take two weeks). This is one of the worst service experiences I've ever had with any business.

Representative came to house and presented

 various window options.  Workers showed up on time and completed job on schedule.  Did a nice job of trimming windows out and cleaned up.  No problems with anything.

I have been trying to get the proper screens for my windows for over two months. I have been treated so incredibly bad. The employees I dealt with were both abrasive, dismissive and condescending to me. I would highly suggest avoiding this company.

Michiana Window World is extremely professional in every respect.
I requested bids to replace my windows from three different contractors - two recommended by local people, and one from Anties List (Michiana Window World). Of the two locally recommended, one ignored me with promises to call back, but not doing so; a second came out (with sidearm), measured windows, but never returned with a quote.  The Window World rep came out with paperwork, measuring tools, and an example window. We saw the product and knew the estimated cost before he left.
We paid 50% up front and scheduled an appointment. Window World later followed-up with us to be sure the date would still work.
When they arrived on the scheduled date, the crew started at 10 AM and had completed their work by 3 PM. There was virtually no evidence that they had even been there. All debris and materials were cleaned up and taken away. 
We have white aluminum siding on our house. Their white vinyl frames and trim worked very nicely. 
The windows have a life-time guarantee and currently we are able to recover about $70/window as an energy savings rebate from the gas company. This was pointed out by the Window World Rep.
Seriously - this company is a MUST when you are requesting a bid on your windows.

They had a great show room where I could go and look at everything and compare the windows at their prices. They were very knowledgeable about their products and I loved it when they came out when they said they would. They took all the windows all at once and put all the windows back in again. There was no overnight waiting and they did a beautiful job.

They were professional and punctual. They did very neat work and did a good job of cleaning up when they were done.

The windows were not installed properly. The kitchen window is very off square, the dinning room window is out of wack...very hard to open. Our master bedroom half round window that was installed does not have LowE and Argon like it was supposed to. The sun beats in that window and keeps the room super hot. The window was supposed to have LowE and Argon like the rest of our windows. All our double hung and slider windows, the drainage outlets on the exterior ALL fell out. These are their TOP of the line 6000 series windows. what a joke. The owner will not correct the problems. Also he did not change out the interior window stops, so the old window stops are plastic and faded a yellow color, next to our white white windows it looks like horrible. He says thats the way its supposed to be. The do not service after the sale.
