Larry did excellent work and we were very pleased with his efficiency. The one and only LARGE issue is he was supposed to pick up the old water heater a week later after it was fully drained, but my calls and messages are being ignored well over a month later. There it sits. I am inclined to post it on Craigslist for a scrapper, but I don't want strangers in my home. Larry will not call me back and still hasn't picked up the water heater. 6 calls later....still nothing. His receptionist has taken 3 written messages for him, but I always get the run around. I will gladly update this review once this is picked up.
