We did a bit of waiting for the work to be done. But once they started, it was a positive experience overall (other than the discovery of a hornet's nest). We were impressed with the owner and the crew. I should add that our roof perimeter is large, that exposure (3 story) was an issue in some places (takes a true professional), and that they were nice enough to trim my lilacs so that they could reach one low roof.
