He is very reasonable. I always remind him we are repeating customers, and we should get a better deal. He usually gives me a better price! He and his brothers all do good work. They are friendly, and polite. I don't feel uncomfortable when they are here, even the first time they came out. When they say they are going to be here, and start at 7am they are here. They are always on time. We've had the chinmey rebuilt twice, and Dent the only one that could stop the leaking! In the near future he is going to double the size of our barn, and finnish our sunroom. A's all across the board!
