Sam and his crew were great. The entire roof including tear-off was done the same day on a fairly large roof with several steep pitches. They even replaced all of the roofing vents with vents that matched the color of the shingles. Their pricing for the job was incredible - I don't think you'll find a better price. Only area for improvement would be in the cleanup category. It's understandable that roofing staples will fall into the grass from the tear-off process - 2 of my kids ended up stepping on those and getting cut pretty bad as those staples are beefy. However you are not going to find many roofing companies that will "roll" the yard with those magnetic rollers that will pick up nails and staples, so this issue just goes with the territory. The rest of the cleanup was fine.

My project was completed sooner than I anticipated, and when they started, they were done in a short amount of time. The standards for quality were high, and everyone with whom I had contact was professional, polite, and competent. For a reasonable price, I found a company I would call on again in the future, without reservation.

Sam Lengacher and his boys are top notch! They just completed a big roof job for our church which included a large steep roof and a flat portion. Sam's quote was reasonable. They were friendly, timely and professional. The clean-up and follow-up was exceptional. I recommended them to another church pastor. They used them and I received a text with the same glowing report.

Did a good job of cleaning up. Wasn't to clear on a warranty. Did take a little longer than anticipated, but didn't have an issue.

Sam was very friendly. I picked them because of the cleanup reviews and price. They start early and are done in a day. The only thing about starting early is they need to be more careful around gardens and yard decorations that maybe they don't see in the dark. They did break a couple of very minor things and step on some plants, but overall their work is outstanding and our new roof looks fantastic!! They are flexible and helpful. They also replaced a section of plywood that was rotting that none of us knew about. Great job guys, and thank you Home Advisor and Sam Lengacher Construction.

Sam came to my home soon after I submitted a request for quote. He gave us a very fair quote on the work, and added that it covered the things that we didn't see, such as damage from leaks, etc. He said he would complete the job in one day, it took about 10 hours. He said the clean up would be thorough, it was. Overall, I would and have recommended Sam to my friends and neighbors, or to anyone for that matter. Sam came back three weeks later to check to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Wow!
