The process could not have gone smoother. The cabinets were all ready in 6 weeks. I was told my delivery would arrive May 6 at 9:30 am and it did. Everyone I worked with was extremely cordial and polite. I recommend anyone thinking of ordering cabinets to please take a trip to Graber before committing to anyone else. Seeing the beauty of northeast Indiana is also worth a visit. It is probably the prettiest area I had ever seen in Indiana.

This company is producing very excellent custom cabinets, and can provide a lot of suggestions and response to unusual requests.They are definitively not for those looking for a cheap solution. That being said, they were very responsive, provided a lot of hand holding, gave me much phone time and I am very pleased. I visited their facility in Grabill Indiana. Spent an afternoon with Chris Graber and several hours with the primary layout person solving issues and making final decisions. I can still always reach someone by phone if needed.They still help with small additional items and add-ons. Quality control was excellent. Everything arrived well protected and organized. They did not install themselves, but recommended an installer that they sometimes use who lives within 2 hours of DC. He and his assistant are fantastic and efficient.

He is absolutely amazing in workmanship and customer service. He finished everything in great quality. He is very competitively priced. The cabinet and hardware were high end products at low prices.

I talked to Chris Graber about what kind of cabinets that I wanted. He held on to my money for over a year and we found out that he was not making my cabinets on site, but off site in a garage. It's not worth the money that I put into this kitchen. He is not a trustworthy person, he presents himself as a professional but he is not. He made the cabinets exactly the way he wanted to and didn't consult me on the way I wanted them. I would never recommend them to anyone and they didn't try to make the situation right for me or work for me in the end.
