I have previously used Killbride Construction and had previous favorable experiences with Mike. This time, I needed three windows replaced with new vinyl windows, a new front door hung, and support for my 108 year old floor joists which were twisting. Mike and his two sons worked with me by scheduling work around my schedule. Mike kept me well informed on his arrival times and plans. The work was completed with Mike's usual attention to detail. Mike even assisted with other current projects by donating scrap materials and his labor. The final result is that I have windows installed, a new front door, and support on my floor, which have dramatically improved the comfort and integrity of my home, For any general home remediation projects I have in the future, Mike will get my business.
