Appliance Repair
I stop in at the store to look at appliances and to determine if I should repair or replace my 10 year old Washing Machine.
Staff at the store was helpful and looked up prices for repair parts based on the problems I described. I decided to go with attempt a repair first because it seemed that the problem was not a expensive repair.
Repairman showed up at expected time, was clean and professional. Discussed the issues with me and kept me informed on what he found.
Repaired the unit and was out within 1 hour, told me what to watch out for and what was most ikely to fail next.

Appliance Sale
Our refrigerator wasn't cooling. It was on a Friday and the first two places I called said they couldn't make it until Monday. This one, the third place I called, did send a repairman. The refrigerator is still not cooling properly. I've had to turn it up to as cold as it will go. On the repair paper I was given It shows Part No & Description "7704605 Thermastat" (his spelling), "7304099 Defrost timer", "W10704250 Cond. Fan Motor 96.00". (Those 7s might be 2s. It's hard to tell.) The first two items listed and their numbers are crossed off, and the 3rd number is crossed off and under it is written "W10124096". Under total materials it says $96.00, service call $65.00, and labor $25.00 for a total of $192.72.
