After buying a new computer and letting it sit in the box for 2 years (whaaat?!) waiting for the time to deal with it,( which due to traveling heavily for my job, never seemed to happen), I finally got tired enough of my old, slow computer to reach out for some help replacing it.
Micro Source was recommended to me my a good friend, and I am so glad! They offered to come out the next day after I called them. Kent came to my home, and totally had my new computer installed in 1 1/2 hours. He took everything off my old computer and transferred it to my new computer, which included all my pictures (about 1,000), all my music (about 100 albums worth, all my emails (about 3,000), my security suite, my documents, everything! He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Very professional and efficient. And I am thrilled to finally have my new computer up and running , skipping all the frustration that would have ensued if I had tried doing it myself. If I hadn't had so much to transfer it wouldn't have taken as long, but it was soooo worth it to me- total bill 142.00
Brian from Micro Source had done the same thing for my friend and he was also fantastic.
