The two men who performed the work were professional and courteous. It took longer than expected for the doors to get installed but the company was prompt in returning my call to inquire about the status of the expected installation date.

The company had put in a new spring for my garage door June, 2012. On 4/2/13 my garage door opened but stopped midway up, metal pieces went flying and it was evident many issues needed to be addressed. The owner of the company came out, saw the problems, fixed them and then only charged me for a service call. He was polite and very caring about making sure every issue was resolved.
I can't thank Hostetler enough for the job well done and for the cost of the repairs.

Called for check of garage door coming off tracks - new installed June 2010 - took 6 weeks post order to install with multiple calls. December 2012 - door started coming off track. Company called after third episode on Jan and repair order placed for 1/16 in the afternoon. Was called after 5 to say they were behind and wouldn't make appointment. Rescheduled for next am. No show; no call. Called company 1/23 afterhours and asked about repair. Company called back in am and said someone would check that day. Man showed up and said he couldnt repair as he didn't bring tools. Would be back in a and quot;day or twoand quot;. No show; no call. on 1/29 door again off track - company called. Office femaie said someone would call me in am between 8-830. No call; called company at 1030 to ask when repair was going to be done. Not on schedule - man said he would stop by around noon - showed up again without tools to repair. Put door back on tracks and would be back to fix it. He would call. No call to date.
