He got to my house very quickly. He also got the job done pretty quick. Was very helpful in the decision making process.

We purchased a home that was a brand new construction in May of 2009. Keep in mind that I am a female and I was the one who find all of the following issues. These issues include areas that were never done, or done with minimal effort, or were done far below exceptable standards:
1. We have 4 bathrooms in our home. 2 of the 4 toilets did not work properly and none of the 4 were EVER caulked around the the base of the toilets and the floor tiles.
2. There was no caulk ever done around the master bathroom tub, or around our walk-in shower. The only way I determined that there wasn't any caulk around the shower was by being on my hands and knees mopping the floor.
3. The dryer hook-up, (the vent line that runs from the back of the dryer to the outside), was never properly ran. I learned this when needing to get something from the unfinished storage area of our lower level. When I opened the door and turned on the lights, there was water dripping from the vent, (which was condensation that was forming in the vent line due to this company not running the lines properly).
4. The first fall in our new home, when we first turned on our furnace, I continually voiced my concerns to my husband that the furnance does not and quot;sound like it is running correctlyand quot;. He advised me it was probably just the new furnace and quot;kicking inand quot;. Long story short....when they installed the furnance, they never properly installed the motor and it was basically hanging within the unit.
5. We continually had a LOUD and ANNOYING high pitched rattling noise when the sump pump would kick on. The noise would last until the pump kicked off. (So it was a pure joy when the sprinklers would start up at 4:30 in the mornings! Apparently, when this company (attempted to) weld the copper pipes...they just forgot to actually weld the pipes together.
6. The sink in our kitchen was never caulked nor was our dishwasher ever attached to the cabinets/counter.
7. In February or March of 2011, I again went into the unfinished portion of our lower level to find large water rings that I could tell were fairly recent. (About 12and quot; in diameter). I brought it to my husbands attention and he assessed the situation. We called yet again, only to learn that our water heater was never properly installed and that we and quot;were very lucky to have found it when we didand quot;, otherwise our and quot;water heater could have blown up!!and quot;
8. With the foregoing, as with most new home constructions, there are warranty's. On a positive note, everything was under warranty....Yet on ANOTHER negative note...they decided to send us a bill....TWICE!!!
We called the builder, left it is his hands to deal with. In the end, we did not end up paying for any services. Based on principle alone should have sent a red flag to anyone in this company that something with the entire plumbing process was wrong! What this company has failed to do at all or even properly do somethings...has led our journey in our new home....truly disheartening.
The guy that continually came back to make the repairs actually was brave enough to tell us that he was the one that did all of the work during construction....
I am an individual that will assess every situation and take ownership in any wrong-doing that I may be a part of. So, I continued to ask myself, and quot;Is it just me?and quot; and quot;Am I too hyper critical of my home and am I just looking for things to compalin about?and quot; Yet, I continued to land on the same conclusion everytime....the work done on our home has been done by an extremely below standard company that employes people who are only there for the paycheck. It was a job that was just that, a job. There was no personal pride taken in any of the work. What happened to a persons morals or work ethics?
This is a situation that far too many issues for someone to claim ignorance or a and quot;WHOOPSand quot;! What ever happened to the owner or boss, someone in a higher position, performing a walk through to follow-up and inspect their employees work?
To conclude....word of mouth is any company's greatest advertisment...let's just say that my mouth has done it share of (negative) advertising for this company.
I can only assume that the county plumbing inspector, did a minimal inspection during the building process. He/She would not have passed this home if they initially assessed everything that I found....and again, I am a FEMALE who has minimal knowledge or experience with this type of service.
