Upholstering
The chair was oak. It was kind of weak. They tightened the springs. They did a good job with that. As far as the upholstery went. They did ok. They didn't a good job with the seaming. And then the pleat on the corners of the cushions didn't match. They didn't seem to pay attention to detail. They were pretty professional, but they didn't listen to what I wanted. My Mom had some issues with them listening to what she needed as well. They seemed to make excuses too.
