Door Service
My opinion is that replacing a torsion garage door spring (the kind over the door) is not a DIY job. Described the job over the phone and was quoted $159.00 for the repair. Price seemed reasonable from blogs and web posts. Actual work cost was $112.00 ($42 for the spring and $70 labor). Highly recommended, especially for people in the eastern and southern parts of St. Joe County. He is based in Goshen.
