A-1 Concrete Leveling

About us

Using A-1’s patented system, we can put your concrete back on level and save you 50-70% off the cost of tearing it out and replacing it…and it’s ready to use the same day! First, a minimum amount of holes are drilled in the sunken concrete. Next, A-1 pumping compound is pumped from our truck into each hole. The compound works hydraulically underneath the concrete, raising it back to it’s original position. Once the desired result is obtained, the holes are sealed off using a durable cement mixture. Then we clean up our mess and get out of your way.

Employees got concrete on freshly painted garage door and door going into small room with air compressor. Not all work that was contracted was actually completed. I have tried to get the owner to inspect the work that was completed and see what was not completed, but have not been successful.

Fantastic -- they did a great job and it is a huge improvement. Much less than the cost of a new driveway!

Our back patio was sinking toward the house and foundation. One year ago I called them out to get a quote. I put the job on the back burner until we noticed water for the first time in our basement this rainy spring 2015. Of course we were in the process of refinishing a basement bedroom so now I was in panic mode as the leak poured into the room that would soon have new carpet installed. I called A1 and they were scheduling six weeks out as they were busy. They were willing to put me on a list they keep for open available times with no prior appointment times. Basically, if they have time during a day, they show up. I am at home most the time so I was happy to be placed on the list hoping it would be a sooner appointment. Two weeks later they arrived and I was happy as it was two days after carpet install and we were using sand bags to deter the water by the foundation.  They were Very professional. They honored my quote even though it was a year prior and leveled an additional concrete panel as that had begun to sink after they had given the quote a year prior. They didn't charge me any extra for the extra concrete panel leveling.  They talked me through the job, any additional caulking I felt was needed, reasoned the leak in the basement would subside (it has), throughly cleaned up any debris and concrete mess.  The rep Josh was even nice to my dog :)  A-1 was $625 less than another concrete leveling company had quoted (3D) and I am more than happy with the work that was done. My patio looks like new and it cured the leaky basement. I recommend them to anyone looking for concrete leveling. They were quick to respond to any questions and all phone calls quickly and professionally.

They did excellent. It took them an hour and a half. They were very fast. They actually knew what they were doing. They were prompt. They cleaned up. They were the only ones I could find who was doing that kind of work, so I don't have any basic know if their price was good, but I'll tell you the difference between tearing up the concrete and laying that down again and using them. It was $1100 to have somebody come out here and knock out all the concrete and hole it away and then pour new concrete. That was $1100 and $450 to lift it and level it. So, it was considerably cheap if you do it this way. Hopefully, the last they have a five-year warranty on it. For the price, I would give them an "A" but again what I'm telling you is I didn't have somebody I could compare them with except somebody who would come out and knock the concrete out. Even the guy who came out who owned the concrete company where they would break up the concrete and hole it away suggested that I could lift it using concrete leveling. So, I think he saw that the concrete wasn't in that bad shape. I did recommend them to other people.
