My husband saw Diane's magnetic car ad and I called her to do some cleaning. Before she came out to meet me, we had an extensive telephone interview - I shared my needs and requirements and she shared her background and experience. I would have had her start with a cleaning, but she insisted on coming out to the house so I could meet her first and so she could take a look at the house. The first cleaning took longer (as I knew it would), but she and her daughter/helper are quick and extremely thorough. They will do anything you desire in the time allotted - don't say "no" to windows, etc. I'd highly recommend her.
