Alex answered inquiry within minutes.Technician Sean educated us about what we needed to do beyond the barrier he put down to eliminate ants and hornets. His service and advice resulted in not one single ant or hornet from that day on. Well dressed, articulate, patient with questions and responsive to our concerns about safety of our pets. Love him. Will have them on a regular program basis. He's our guy.

I emailed the company at 11:30 p.m. I got an immediate response from a person, not a generic automated response. They had a rep to my house the next morning! Treatment is not connected, but so far highly impressed! Plus much cheaper than most other large chains!

Only gave 4.5 stars because them dang wasps are still around. I only see a few instead of a swarm, but 1 is too many (I'm allergic). I guess I was hoping for a repellent effect to keep em away from the house and the yard, but they are still buzzin around. They aren't landing andmhanging out anymore and none have come through the window gap he sprayed up front so it's a win. Die wasps die!

Though not the lowest cost (but definitely one of the lower cost services) I chose them because their approach - over the phone and IN person - was straightforward and informative. They didn't just offer services but information regarding what they were providing and WHY. All the other I called just read a menu of prices without explanation, I guess assuming I was a pest control expert too lazy to do my own house!
