This is a guy who makes sure our church is properly heated and cooled comfortable. He lives next to the church and recently, for the second time actually in recent years, our Pastor knocked on his door on a Sunday when the cooling system failed. Kevin came right away and looked at the situation. This time he advised, the system had failed and needed to be replaced. He also advised it would probably be at a cost of about $2,000. Although the unexpected news was bothersome he went on to say that he could help us out. He said he just happened to have a refurbished unit that he could install instead and would do so right then and there! He is an amazing and wonderful man who is obviously skilled in his profession and believe it or not, he provided his Sunday morning, on the spot service with a full replacement at an unbelievable price of only $250. (That is NOT a typo!) Kevin living next door to the church is luck enough but his kind and generous demeanor was noteworthy. His past efforts to keep our heat working has been above and beyond in his generous efforts as well. His long standing generosity and service is a true testament of kindness.
