It was much cheaper than I thought for on-site computer service. The Tech explained what he was doing while the computer was being fixed. Most problems are enviromental issues at your office/home and can not be effectively fixed by taking the computer somewhere. I learned about my computer, how to take care of it, and free virus protection too!
